Reflective Statement
The Journey On Relaxation Exercise was just what I needed! I think I got a little too relaxed, because I did doze off toward the end! It felt sort of strange someone telling me to just lay back and relax. I don't get told that too often, especially running around with my 4 children all day! I believe this exercise taught me how to allow my body to let go and relax. This is a good mid-day exercise to get your blood flowing and to settle your mind so you can the rest of the day to calmly accomplish tasks in an orderly way. At least, that's how I felt after the exercise. I will be coming back to this exercise quite often!

Hey Calandra,
ReplyDeleteLove the title Skip-Jump-Fit!
I speak for myself, I tend to forget the joy I experienced as a child and skipping jumping and even throwing fits where a part of it. Something to be said about being carefree and joyful.
I like how you included relaxation blood flow as it is a natural part of breathing. Transportation of oxygen and elimination carbon-dioxide could literally be cited in the realm of relaxation as in with good out with the bad!
Peace
